Neo-Nazi Sympathizers, the CREC, & The Sword of the Spirit in the Public Square

A talk delivered in D.C. and then recorded for a broader audience

The first video linked is a presentation delivered in D.C. Once it was delivered, Mr. David Dias from the Freedom Foundation kindly requested that I record it for a wider audience. The recording has gone out to a large audience and now I enjoy making it available to everyone.

The purpose of the talk was to convey the necessity of the sword of the Spirit in the public discourse. When Adam sinned, God put a flaming sword at the gate (Gen 3:24). Throughout the Scriptures, the swords remain always active and sharp, and those who keep their swords unused and unmoved fail the test of protection.

It was a delight to visit Newnan, GA, last week and speak at the installation service for Grant Van Brimmer. Grant is a gifted pastor who will add weightiness and Kuyperian joy to the Athanasius Presbytery. That CREC flock is growing fast and furious, and if you are ever in that area, visit them.

For those of you following my work as PMOC, you can tell there is a strong distaste in the air. There are blatant levels of stupidity, but overwhelmingly, they stem from the lips of anon children. I have written extensively about my interactions with the Neo-Nazi anon army. Still, I can also attest that dozens and dozens of them have sent me private messages explaining that they are of goodwill, are under submission to their local churches, and are using anonymous accounts for various valid reasons. Further, their local pastors are fully aware of their accounts. I have nothing but respect and love for these brothers genuinely pursuing ecclesial accountability.

The note I published yesterday was a greater confirmation of my concerns, but let me begin with two kind examples:

AD and I have met for coffee and he has worshiped with us in Pensacola. I count him as a friend. Thanks for the encouragement, brother.

There are some goodwill questions that I always want to honor, like this guy:

Then there are these putrid ones:

And then, here is my original note:
